I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Browning Mazda and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped onto their lot, I was met with deceitful tactics and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. First and foremost, I was swindled into pu rchasing a car that was a staggering $8,000 overpriced. The salesperson assured me that I was getting a great deal and even promised a reasonable APR. However, once the paperwork was finalized, everything suddenly changed. I was informed that I wasn't approved for the loan and they proceeded to shotgun my credit by applying for another loan without my consent. This not only caused unnecessary damage to my credit score but also left me feeling betrayed and taken advantage of. To add insult to injury, I had to wait for weeks to receive the car I purchased. When it finally arrived, I noticed that the driver side mirror was damaged. It was clear that the dealership had neglected to properly inspect the vehicle before delivering it to me. This lack of attention to detail only reinforced the already poor experience I had with Browning Mazda. As if all of this wasn't enough, I soon discovered that I was a staggering $8,000 under on my car loan after just one year. It became apparent that the dealership had intentionally overpriced the vehicle, leaving me in a financially burdensome situation. I was in the market for a new car a few weeks ago. Went here because I was very interested in the Xc40 and ready to purchase the car. The guy who "helped" me-sorry, no insulted me told me he wishes I could afford the car. He did not even bother to run my credit or turn on th e computer. Decided to explain to me how my down payment was not going to be enough for the monthly I wanted. And showed me on this chart he had. After that he told us to think about it on the couches because he had another customer. He got up and left and went to help this other customer which I assume he had an appointment with. If he needed to go to another customer he did not need to be so disrespectful. I do not recommend going here. I wish I could drop his name in here but he hid his badge. Please talk to all your employees about this terrible attitude. But the business owner keeps taking down my review. ...Read More

Hands down the best car buying experience. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable of them just trying to make a sale. Every single person was friendly and kind. Shoutout to my sales guy Trevor, he is so nice and highly recommend to ask for him. Billy in sales assisted us as well and was very attentive and pleasant.
