The best experience I had in a dealership, Luis Sencion greeted with a smile and great attitude I told him I was stuck in traffic and right away offered water or coffee he was very professional and easy to talk to I did not feel rush, dragging taking their time or pressured. I will try and make this short my car broke down about two weeks ago and I've had my car for 12 years. I had not been car shopping since then I'm actually anxious of going car shopping. It's just not one of my favorite things to do well my cousin decided to take me to where he had bought his Acura and the service that Manny provided was amazing. He ensures me the approximate time my car will be finish since I like to walk instead of waiting in the lobby. Normally have a great experience at the service department but today was different. Went in for what they said would be a quick one hour oil change. Although my car was ready in an hour, the representative did not get to me until about 30 minutes after that.
