I was completely satisfied with Edwin. He went out of his way to help me with my vehicle after being almost ripped off by another dealership. Edwin looked in the computer and saw that I was covered under warranty and got my car right in for service. He was so nice and so app roachable. This is the same place where I get my 05' G35 serviced, and when it came time to buy the wife an SUV, I ended up purchasing through Cerritos Infiniti. I have purchased a few cars in my time, but the best experience so far was with Jimmy Zayas, he was straightforward, honest and walked me through the whole process, and dealing with Finance was smooth and quick. My next car purchase will be with Cerritos Infiniti and Jimmy for sure. Thanks for the great service and experience. Came back to Cerritos Infiniti trying to get a Used SUV for my wife and ended up driving out with a brand new QX60. Marc Jimenez is one of the best salesman I have ever met. Marc literally went above and beyond considering my situation and has met all my needs, and a beautiful SUV that my wife loves. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Cerritos Infiniti, and will come back for my 3rd when ready. Out of all the dealerships at Cerritos Auto Square, Cerritos Infiniti is the best, and Marc Jimenez gets top honors in my book. Thanks again guys. Munir was such a great salesperson, that he traded in my old lease for a new one with more options with less down-payment and lower monthly payments, amazing. I can go get a car anywhere, but the great service and honesty have me coming back to Cerritos Infiniti. I had scheduled an appointment to return my lease a week in advance. I arrived at 11:10 am only to find out the retention manager Nate Valenzuela was not in the office - I scheduled my appointment with him directly. The second “manager,” Isaiah Valencia explained NO ONE could help me with the lease return and asked that I come back another day or asked me to walk over to the Ford dealership and ask for their lease manager to help me since Nate was not available. After an hour of waiting, I left. Such a waste of time, lack of accountability and poor customer service asking your customers to coordinate services with another dealership. Been with Infiniti from the G35, Fx35, q50 and Qx50 - not only had this dealership changed for the worst but so has the quality and competency of their staff. ...Read More

My car was overheating and the mechanic found a cracked radiator. We had problems trying to figure out the extended warranty I purchased from another dealership. Sales Manager, Perla Avila at Cerritos Infiniti worked very hard to give me the car of my choice! She is a 10 to me very professional constantly reaching out to me.
