Absolutely the worst car buying experience at Cerritos Mitsubishi! We went to test drive a 2016 BMW for my son. After the test drive we found 2 things wrong with the car. Tony, the finance guy was the only one working that night. He assured us it will be taken care of by th e service department. He even said to trust him and that everything we talked about was recorded through the camera in his office. I called the next day to tell them that the brake light and battery lights came on when driving home from the purchase. I was told that service would call me to schedule a time to bring it in. I did NOT receive a phone call. I called the next week and was given the same response. A month later and still no phone call. I kept calling them and I'm sure they were sick of hearing from me. Finally get a call to bring it in. They did not fix the problems and would not take care of the battery. My son took it upon himself to check out the engine. He found a rats nest. A literal RATS NEST! Wires had been chewed causing the oil light and battery problems. MY 18 year old son found the problem! The service department at Cerritos Mitsubishi are either idiots or liars or both! I will never will go there again and I'm warning others to stay away from this dealership. I purchased a HPEV and traded in my Lexus on 10/26. The purchase part was fine. But I didn't receive a check yet and now it's December. When I call in, it's always their manager is on vacation and unreachable to their phone, they are just waiting on his signature. I don't kn ow how the whole dealership function without this manager. Luckily I traded in Lexus fully paid, so it doesn't affect my credit. But if you are trading in a vehicle which has a loan on it. I suggest be really careful with this dealership. ...Read More

I didn't buy my Mitsubishi here. I bought it elsewhere for much cheaper, about $3,000 less than the best price here. However, this place was very professional and straight forward. They gave me a price, and they stuck to it. The dealership is trying to make a living. But the only issue is that Cerritos, Anaheim, South coast Mitsubishi are under a same ownership, and they are sister dealerships with Apple Valley and Commerce. That leaves a room for only two other dealerships in the area that are willing to negotiate with customers. This is almost like a monopoly or an oligopoly. If you want to really purchase a Mitsubishi at a fairly negotiated price, you have to call other unrelated dealerships to learn that you are indeed getting a fair deal. This Cerritos location is clean. The salesperson was patient and informed. However, this place does not negotiate. They dictate the price, and you'll have to take it or leave it. I left, but my experience here was positive, to be fair. I did not like the fixed price, but I can see that some people, who do not enjoy negotiations, may prefer the fixed price given here claiming that this dealership is like a Tesla dealer where the price is what's on the sticker, fixed and/or add a little premium. The nice thing about it is that the dealership was clear from the very beginning that they don't negotiate. So, if you would like a negotiated price, you'll have to go elsewhere, like I did. I had the BEST experience. I called several dealerships over the course of 2 weeks. With my busy schedule I was nervous about wasting an entire day sitting at a dealership.
