My Mom and I were in the area to look for my next car and just checking out different vehicles. And out of all the dealerships in the area Francisco at Kia Cerritos really took his time to show me multiple cars and get to know what I was looking for. He brought out the keys to multiple cars and showed me the difference in them and was patient with all my questions compared to other dealerships in the area. It really allowed me to fall in love with the vehicle I ended up leaving with, even though it was my first time ever looking interested in a Kia vehicle. Going through the process and seeing my offers was the quickest I have ever experienced at a dealership. Both Francisco and the gentleman that did our finance made us feel like they were willing to work with my mom and I. Since I was only looking at cars that day I was short on time, I wasn’t expecting to get a car that day but ended up making a decision that day. My mom and I did have to leave and they ended up delivering my new car to my home once they were done with the paperwork. Once home we went through the final details and Francisco showed me every feature in my new car and how to work them making me fall in love even more with my new vehicle. It was my first service here at Kia Cerritos and unfortunately had a bad experience at the service center, I had an appointment at 8:00 for a simple service and was actually taken in earlier than expected. Charles K. told me it would take 2 hours max for an oil change, tire rotation, and air conditioning filter change which is very reasonable. A little over the 2 hours passed and I asked Charles if there were any updates by any chance, he did not give me a single update on my vehicle and said "only 30 minutes more" I waited an additional hour and 50 minutes...I waited just about 4 hours for a simple service. Charles was making conversation while waiting for my vehicle and I had mentioned I was barely going to make it on time for my shift and he said "tell your boss to call me and we'll straighten it out" which I found that comment to be unprofessional. This is by far, the best experience I have ever had with a dealership! The negotiation was quick and no back and forth. I was in and out within 30 minutes as we had to reserve the vehicle but was able to agree on a price. Even then that vehicle came in 2 weeks earlier than a s promised!! Howard is an amazing guy, so easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the cars, and very upfront with everything.
