Terrible service. No feedback on car. Appointment was given and car was serviced 2 hours after appointment. Appointment was apparently given during service peoples’ lunch time. Service people seemed unfriendly. Television in guest area was too loud and annoying. Car was no t washed after service yet other people’s cars were washed but they didn’t wash mine. Unacceptable communication because we had to guess where to go and ask for our finished car. This place needs a lot of improvement! They overbook appointments. The appointments should be scheduled every 30 minutes not every 15 minutes. My appointment was for 10:15 am and I waited in line until 11:00. When I finally was approached by the service writer he apologised and advised me I could have left my keys and coupon in an envelope which were on the wall. There was a woman directing traffic but she never advised people in line that we could have left our keys, nor did she ever advise what the cause of backup was. ...Read More

I brought my Lincoln Aviator in for 2 recalls and another manufacturer issue on April 11th. It's been a month and I still do not have my vehicle back and the technician will not even return my calls. Unfortunately, I live 65 miles away and work during business hours so just driving there is not an easy tasks. I will not be utilizing this dealership ever again...too much unnecessary headaches. I set up an appointment at 9am. I showed up on time and no one helped me till 9:16. They told me it would be a little more than an hour. So I sat in the waiting area. At 10:45 I went into the office to see how much longer they said it's about to come out. At 11:04 they calle d me into the office to pay and that my car should be out any min. So I’ve always been a big fan of ford cars. On Sep 9th I purchased a certified pre-owned 2017 Ford Escape from this dealer. 5 days later, less than 100 miles on the car, the check engine light came on. I took it in and they let me know there was water in the engine and I n eeded a new one. I waited 6 weeks to get my car back. I’ve had the car back for about 3 weeks and took it on our first road trip to Palm Springs. The SERVICE TRANSMISSION NOW light came on while driving. I took it in as soon as I returned. Turns out, there is now something wrong with the transmission. Of course, the tech never called me, I called 4 times with no response and I had to get a ride back to the dealer at the end of the day to ask what was going on with my car. They broke the news to me and told me to come back the next morning for my rental car. I’ve been here for 45 minutes past my appointment Waiting to get my second rental car now. I’m overall really disappointed in my experience with Ford in general. I’ve always loved ford but I feel really betrayed. Wouldn’t recommend another car from here. ...Read More
