Got my first new car at Norm Reeves - a 2023 Hyundai Elantra and I’m in love! I needed a new car for transportation and I fell in love with Hyundai’s new Elantras. It took lots of determination, but I was able to get the right model with the right features. I want to start off by saying what a great service we received from the first day we showed up to see a car to the day we walked out of the dealership with a vehicle. Salesman Rafael did an amazing job helping us and answering our question to the best of his ability. If Rafa el didn’t have an answer for me at the moment he went above and beyond to help me get the answers we needed. Rafael was very welcoming and attentive to everything we needed. When seeing the vehicle we were interested in he made sure we had good lighting and we saw every feature the car had. When it came to finalizing the sale he made sure everything went smooth as possible for us on his end. My family and I would like to give a shout-out to our salesman Rafael for his very friendly help and assistance with purchasing a Sonata this past weekend. His assistant Mike was also generous in lending a hand. It is not often that I come across genuine salesmen who truly balance profit-making and friendly relationships with customers and potential customers. Rafael is one of the few I have met. Great and helpful staff. Service was quick. Enrique helped me to get out as quickly as possible. When I got my car back in March everyone was also great.
