Took vehicle in for service 11/18/22 and received back 11/19/22, all fluids exchanged & new tires. Total $2500 Receive vehicle back with damage to each rim and scratch/scrape on front driver fender. Called service director Dave Driscoll several times leaving detailed messa ges with call back info each time and never received a call back. I decided to bring in my vehicle and my concern was not taken seriously. Dave denied that there was any way they could have caused the damage, despite the fact that I took before pictures as a just in case and showed him. It was apparent that he felt I was trying to milk the situation. I just want my car to be in the condition it was before I took it in for service, I don’t feel that is unreasonable. Since he leads the service department, my new overall impression with Penske Chevrolet Cerritos is poor. They are not professional and cost me a ton of money, time and piece of mind for paying them to service my vehicle by a ‘certified service center’. Bought 2015 Camaro new from Penske Chevrolet Cerritos, payed in full, all service performed here for all 50k miles. Anaaaa! Thanks so much for helping me inmy dream of purchasing and owning my own truck. Everyone was super nice, patient and awesome. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in those double doors. Before coming to Chevy we had stopped by Dodge and didn’t have a g ood experience. I’m happy and I love my truck. 6/9/2022 = 2 Star = this is my 1st time here, very nice and clean if you wait for your vehicle to be service, no free coffee or water but they have vending machine , if you choose to go home, they don't have uber/lyft or service to dropped you off on this location . So sor ry to the management i can't give more than 2 star due to lack of comfort to your costumer , for now i cannot recommend this location until they let me know some changes . ...Read More

I went to this location with intentions of trading in my car to get another used car. But between Jimmy(Sales manager), Mostafa(Sales), and Lesly (Finance Manager), they not only got me into a brand new car but also got me an insanely good deal on it. Lesly ran into some hur dles getting a bank to finance me but she went above and beyond, making tons of phone calls for around 2 hours, pulling every string she could and ended up surprising me with a way better deal than we originally had. Appointment went well, unfortunately the oil change and service on my 2021 Suburban was not up to standards. After parking overnight I discovered a huge oil leak damaging my driveway. I returned to Penske to have it checked and it was repaired, however, apparently the filt er that was replaced was not sealed properly causing the new oil from the oil change to leak. The service writer Adrian was very professional as was the greeter. Phone service very good. I will cautiously return because of Adrian and his professionalism, and hopefully no more incidents and that it was an anomaly. ...Read More
